RATES and CANCELLATION POLICY

ZOOM mediations are available.
Mediation and Arbitration Services are billed to the nearest one-half (1/2) hour. Two (2) party sessions are billed at $200.00 per party, per hour. Three (3) or more party sessions are billed at $165.00 per party, per hour.
There is a three (3) hour minimum for mediations reserved for a half day, and a five (5) hour minimum for mediations reserved for a full day.
Derek is available to travel to any location agreed to by the parties. Travel time outside of Hillsborough County, Florida will be billed for actual time spent traveling at a rate that is one-half of the applicable hourly rate. Travel costs such as airfare and reasonable lodging will be added to the mediation invoice.

Cancellations should be in writing and must be agreed to by all parties and counsel. Half day mediations cancelled with less than 14 days notice shall incur a one (1) hour minimum charge. Full day mediations cancelled with less than 14 days notice shall incur a three (3) hour minimum charge. Unless otherwise agreed, all parties and their attorneys are equally responsible for any cancellation fee.
